Following a full time career as a self employed jewelry artist, I've moved into a semi-retired mode to make room for other things in life, like butterfly gardening. I'm rarely outside without a camera, as capturing "in the moment" nature photos is part of my garden experience. My photographs have become my teaching tools, and often inspire others to plant for pollinators.
